KC Logistics is looking for an experienced dispatcher for our 2nd shift (4:30 pm -12:30 am) at our Carleton, MI location. . Focus will be managing drivers and transportation freight. Job Summary

• JIT Dispatching
• Oversee drivers daily routing.
• Create, maintain and monitor loads.
• Update customer websites of load ETA's
• Update and complete loads in McLeod
• Provide route instructions to drivers
• Participate in driver orientation
• Create and distribute daily shift reports to Operations and Management.
• Act as a driver liaison
• Navigate mail bags to appropriate destination

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years transportation dispatch experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Proficient in McLeod, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient with CSA and Hours of Service
• DOT rules and regulations
• Leadership ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
